TRUSTS & ESTATES SECTION OF THE MONTEREY COUNTY BAR The Monterey County Bar Association’s Trusts & Estates Section was founded in 2005 and its Membership consists of Monterey County Bar Members who specialize in Estate Planning, Trust and related fields. The group meets on a regular basis as noted in the Continuing Education Calendar. The Trusts & Estates Section meets regularly with Superior Court Judges and other Court representatives in an effort to understand the Court’s needs and to develop ways in which the needs of our community can be more efficiently met through the Court process.
